For Sale/Planned Breedings

July 21, 2017
Our puppies from this year’s litters are all in their new homes. We currently have 12 deposits for our 2018 planned litters. We strongly suggest anyone wanting a pup next spring reserve one early as our pups are spoken for before they are born… Call or e-mail us with any questions. We will reply as quickly as possible…

We are now accepting reservations for 2018. We hope to breed Sage, Lizzie, and Zena next spring/early summer. We will more than likely be using Sam and Rocky at stud again. All of these dogs are extremely well bred, are proven in the field, and have produced exceptionally nice pups…

Our planned litters for this year are sold out. If we have a cancellation or if we have more pups than we have deposits for, we will post that here and on our facebook page. If you would like to be put on a waiting list in case of a cancellation, or if you would like to reserve a pup for 2018, please contact us…

Predicting Breeding Dates and When Pups Will Be Available

The time period between heat cycles can vary considerably… Dogs usually do not come into heat every 6 months. It can vary from 4 to 10 or 12 months between cycles, so it is difficult for us to predict when one of our dogs will come into heat. I keep records of all heat cycles so I know when a dog had her last heat cycle, but trying to determine if that dog will come back into heat again in 4, 6, or 10 months is really a shot in the dark. So, when we post a planned breeding keep in mind that it could take place within a period of several weeks to a few months from our best estimate.

Note: Our sign was painted by Shirley Buhmann, an extremely talented artist, who passed away at much too young an age in 2008.
